Celebrating a Year

2-8-17B and I meet for a walk on a balmy day– nearly 60 degrees and sunny. The local cemetery is often our choice for a non-muddy non-traffic beautiful though poignant perambulation. Today we see wild turkeys, statues of angels, gravestones of the powerful and those of children lost so young. Even as we enjoy the unseasonable warmth today, a blizzard is barreling down upon us. Tomorrow will be quite a different picture. And as a true New-Englander, I will enjoy both.

  1. Hmm…not quite the name I wish to see on a grave stone.
