Celebrating a Year

6.1.16We are well into the flower season, when all the shrubs and bulbs we count on every year come sprouting forth. These Mountain Laurel buds are almost more wonderful than the blossoms to follow. Time too for getting the veggies planted, a bit late but still before the true summer days, and our spring– after a hot spell while I was away– has suddenly turned cooler for the coming week. It’s good to be home again.
