Celebrating a Year

7.11.14The last day, and in the evening at the student recital the mandolin-guitar ensemble hits it out of the park. I arranged these pieces– by Handel, Bach, Piazzolla– and a funny encore from Ralph– without really knowing who would be playing them. Such is the nature of a week-long summer session. But the crew plays magnificently, and from the smiles on their faces I know they are proud of their accomplishment. another successful week in the world of plucked strings.

  1. That must have also been a very rewarding feeling for you as well as the students.
