Celebrating a Year

One week of classes left, and summer flowers are already opening, despite the chilly rain and grey skies. ‘Tis a day of cheery conversations and surprise encounters, mixed in with the crazy swirl of classes, meetings, and students in need of some measure of dispensation. Soon though, in the blink of the proverbial eye, this will all be in the past and the new rhythm of summer will assert its mellow self to reconfigure my world. Waiting…
