Celebrating a Year

“The Lady” has hung in my daughter’s bedroom since she was a little girl. Discovered in a hidden recess of her grandparents’ barn, she claimed it, brought it home, and slept by it for years. Now it is traveling by truck to her new house 1000+ miles away, where she finally has a wall big enough to hold its awesomeness. So this is its last shot in its longtime spot, as Lady and Spot continue on to other lives.

  1. When I was growing up…we had a picture…painted on glass of the Palace of Versailles…years later..it was one of the few reminders of my childhood which I obtained from my family after my mother’s death…such memories can never be replaced…I’m happy for your daughter.

  2. What an amazing thing to find this in a barn. Wonderful that it’s being enjoyed!
