A leisurely day. We practice for our concert Thursday, take a ramble about town in the glorious weather, and eat supper in a local pub joined by more and more returning students, as our table size and enthusiasm grows. Music friends share a special bond from creating performances together, sharing the joy of the moment the black dots on the page become real. I leave to go find the newbies at the intro session for all instruments, and we all head over to E’s place for a party, taking time out for Lubec’s late July-4th fireworks. W have begun.
The wonderful experiences seem to be continuing from Brazil.
